Meditation doesn't have to be one-size-fits-all. This unique experience is designed to help you develop a consistent and meaningful meditation practice that meets your individual needs. By experimenting with different tools and techniques, you’ll be guided in forming your own sustainable, personal meditation program - one that feels natural, inspired and in sync with your daily life.

Whether you are new to meditation, or already have a regular practice, this program offers gentle structure, support, and creative insight to help you stay engaged and grounded. The goal is not perfection, but presence - through a practice that feels alive, adaptable, and authentically yours.

Meditation check in - 1 hour session - $60

Build your practice - 4 weekly 90 min sessions on Zoom - $350

Commit to consistency - 12 weekly 90 min session on Zoom - $900

All sessions offered virtually on Zoom.

Your guide on the path

I'm Marlowe Emerson - artist, educator, and lifelong explorer of the creative and contemplative path. With a foundation in visual art, internal martial arts, and mindfulness traditions, I have experienced first hand how fundamental these practices are to our human experience. That’s what led me to create The Art Path—a space to be guided by both creativity and mindfulness on the journey to wisdom, wellbeing, and wonder. I’m honored to walk this path with you—and excited for the discoveries we’ll make along the way!
